New Conditions for Global Exponential Stability of Delayed Bidirectional Associative Memory Neural Network
Author: Wang Kun-Lun and Yuan Min
Abstract:By employing the inequality(?)and con- structing a new Lyapunov functional,we give a family of new sufficient conditions for global exponential stability of the delayed bidirectional associative memory neural network. The results allow for the consideration of all unbounded neu- ron activation functions(but not necessarily surjective),in particular, can analyze the exponential stability for the line- ar bidirectional associative memory neural network. Moreover, these conditions obtained are independent of delays and possess infinitely adjustable real parameters, which are of highly important significance in the designs and applications of BAM network. An example is also worked out to demonstrate the advantages of our results and give some analysis on the rapidity of convergence for BAM neural network.
UIGHUR SPEAKER-INDEPENDENT SPEECH RECOGNITION BASED ON CDCPM
Author: Wang Kun-Lun
Abstract:The Uighur speech recognition research is in the starting stage. Introduced in this paper is Uighur speaker independent speech recognition based on the center distance continuance probability model (CDCPM). CDCPM describes the feature space of model by center distance normal distribution (CDN), and simplifies and improves the HMM efficiently by getting rid of the state transition probability matrix A.
A Compression Algorithm based on Sound Signals Characteristic Parameters and it's Analysis
Author: Wang Kun-Lun
Abstract:This paper refers to a new compressed algorithm based on SSCPA(Sound Signals Characteristic Parameters Analysis) and quadratic curve simulative method. The algorithm use short-time energy to divide sound signals wave form ton on-sound band and sound bands, and it can scan original sound signals and draw out two types of wave form characteristic parameter of sound signals in onetime during the coding stage.
An Economic Framework for Managing Resources in Computational Grid
Author: Zhong Bo-Cheng
Abstract:A market-based framework for allocating resources in computational grid is proposed. The utility function is served as a measure to characterize user's satisfaction. In this model, the problem of resources allocation is casted as maximization of the aggregate utility of all users based on load equilibrium.A distributed and scalable algorithm is induced based on this model.
Stability Analysis of TCP Congestion Control Protocol in IP Networks
Author: Zhong Bo-Cheng
Abstract:In this paper we use functional differential equation to model the TCP congestion control mechanism in a network setting. Using the model developed in this paper, we present a critical analysis of the TCP-Reno algorithm in Internet and derive a stability condition. We point out unstable behaviors in some network settings.
