For collecting the recent important contributions to the theory of singurlar perturbation and its application, 
 and for celebrating Prof. Jiaqi Mo's 80th birthday, who is a leader in China in the study of singular perturbation, 
 we are organizing a special issue in the journal of “Qualitative Theory of Dynamical Systems” (QTDS) published 
 by Springer with the webpage http://link.springer.com/journal/12346. We welcome all participants and also others to 
 submit their manuscripts on the topics related to the theory of singular perturbation and its applications.
