个人简介：博士，讲师，安徽省管理学会理事，长期从事内部控制、技术经济及管理等方面的研究。已在《International Journal of Human Resource Management》、《Journal of Systems Science and Complexity》、《外国经济与管理》等国内外权威期刊发表学术论文8篇，其中Ambidextrous leadership and TMT-member ambidextrous behavior: the role of TMT behavioral integration and TMT risk propensity已被引用56次。主持省级科研项目2项，校级科研项目2项，校级教研项目2项，参与国家自然科学基金1项、参编“十三五”省级规划教材1本，参与建设省级特色专业1个。
