个人基本情况：毕业于南京农业大学生物化学与分子生物学专业，博士研究生学历。合肥学院生物食品与环境学院讲师，硕士生导师。


研究方向：作物逆境生理、营养品质、食品保鲜和转基因食品检测等方面的研究


讲授课程：《食品化学》、《食品营养学》、《食品酶学》、《专业英语》


主要教研科研情况：

主持安徽省自然科学基金面上项目、合肥学院科学研究发展基金重大项目及合肥学院人才科研基金项目。以第一作者在《PlantSci.》、《Ecotox.Environ. Safe.》、《Ann.Bot.》和《Int.J. Mol. Sci.》杂志发表论文5篇；其中1篇为ESI高被引。
