On Sept. 22nd, international students of HFU, attend traditional celebrations at Hefei Three Kingdoms Relics Park for the coming Mid-autumn Festival.

In the park, students visit the rebuilt Luyang Academy which was first established during the reign of Emperor Kangxi (Qing Dynasty). Then they take part in the following activities: tea lovers dressed in Han clothes enjoy the Chinese etiquette of tea-making; zither players perform Chinese traditional music and tell stories; students from Laos and Nepal  read poems after their teacher in Chinese. Afterwards, they enjoy a fashion show of Han clothes and chi-pao as well as a traditional opera performance, and take part in the moon-worship ceremony.

This experience gives international students an opportunity to get closer to Chinese traditional culture.
